A brilliant resource for knowing how to fuel your body during training, rest days and your menstrual cycle. I think for Laura to touch base on the menstrual cycle is pivotal for females at any level of sport. About the Author

Laura Kealy is a health and performance nutritionist with more than ten years of experience working with female team sport athletes. She holds a master’s in Human Nutrition and a postgraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Nutrition. Laura is also registered with the Association of Nutrition (ANutr) and the Sports and Exercise Nutrition Register (SENr). Since founding her company Bridge Nutrition in 2018, Laura has supported hundreds of female athletes, both amateur and elite, across a range of sports.
