How do I submit my books for review?

How long does the book review process take?
We pass your information among several key decision makers and then meet to discuss new publisher submissions. The process can take between two days and two weeks in most cases. You are also welcome to call in and request an update on the process at any time.
When should I submit my books for review?
It is never too early, so send us the information we need as soon as it is available to you. To learn about what information we need visit our Prospective Clients/Submission Guidelines page, Submission Guidelines. We produce two catalogs per year featuring new products as well as backlist. To be included in our spring/summer catalog we will need your submittal by September of the preceding year. To be included in our fall/winter catalog we will need your submittal by February of that same year. So, do not delay, contact your prospective distributors as soon as product, author, and marketing information is available.

Most orders ship USPS Media Mail, expect delivery in 2 to 4 weeks, but other shipping options are available. We will reimburse you for the cost of the book (and applicable sales tax) and the cost of shipping the book to you. You can send returns back via USPS Media Mail, 1st Class Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS. We suggest you use a method that will allow you to track the package.
