Michael Gleeson is Emeritus Professor of Exercise Biochemistry in the School of Sport, Exercise and Health Sciences at Loughborough University (UK). He is a world authority on exercise biochemistry, immunology, and nutrition. Following his retirement in 2016 at the age of 60 he has turned his attention to how ordinary people can achieve optimal health and live healthier for longer.
