Nadine Grzeskowiak, RN BSN CEN lives in Corvallis, Oregon. Formerly an emergency/trauma/critical care nurse for 17 years, now passionately working to educate everyone about the public health crisis undiagnosed gluten intolerance and celiac disease have caused. Nadine is an expert gluten intolerance and celiac disease educator, speaker and consultant. After adopting a gluten free diet, followed by her variation of a Paleo lifestyle, Nadine has started her own independent nursing businesses, RN On Call, Inc., Gluten Free RN and Celiac Nurse Consulting. She has also completed marathons, participated in many runs, climbed S. Sister and Mt. St. Helens and looks forward to a long, healthy and adventure-filled life.
