About the Author
Kelly Lydick has a Masters degree in Writing & Consciousness and professional certifications as a Meditation Facilitator, Reiki Master, and Gateway Dreaming Coach. Her writing has appeared in Guernica, The Rumpus, True Blue Spirit, CO Yoga + Life, Natural Awakenings magazines and many others. She has also been featured on iHeart Radio and NPR’s The Writers’ Block. She is the author of Mastering the Dream and is a contributing author to the IASD anthology, Dreams That Change Our Lives. She holds professional memberships with the International Association for the Study of Dreams, where she has presented her work on dreams, and the Academy of American Poets. In 2016, Kelly was honored by the internationally-renowned Omega Institute of Rhinebeck, New York with a Juno Award for excellence in women’s leadership for her service-based business, Waking the Dream, through which she offers private sessions and group workshops on dreams, creativity, and personal growth.
