Ellen Labrecque is a New York Times bestselling author. She is part of the Elder Circle at Chenoa Manor and resides in Bucks County, Pennsylvania. She has authored more than 100 nonfiction children’s books and has the best writing partner in the world—her dog Oscar. Ellen believes that all creatures great and small are always welcome.
About the Illustrator
Christiane Moore is an artist and textile designer based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. A flora and fauna aficionado, Christiane serves as a Steward at Chenoa Manor where she concentrates on art, marketing and fundraising. Her artwork explores natural imagery through various mixed media, including watercolor, gouache, digital collage and silkscreen.
