About the Author
Lamar Lowery was born in Manhattan, NY and received sports scholarships at multiple U.S. colleges. He is a certified sports scientist in addition to a mental health specialist.
He came to Germany with the U.S. Army in the late 1980’s, where he served as a U.S. Army master of physical fitness. After the completion of active duty, he decided to stay in
Germany to build his own fitness empire. In 2007, he established the Lamar Functional Fitness Training Academy.
In this book, he presents his personal training plans, which he created himself in the course of his decades-long work as a fitness coach.
