We are looking for adult non-fiction book publishers and will be reviewing your line for product quality, author credentials and your marketing plan. So send us information that pertains to these elements of your line. You can start the process off by sending us this information via email along with a link to your website, if available. If you already have product or draft materials you can follow up by mailing the samples and requested information to our office. We pass your information among several key decision makers and then meet to discuss new publisher submissions. The process can take between two days and two weeks in most cases. You are also welcome to call in and request an update on the process at any time.
It is never too early, so send us the information we need as soon as it is available to you. To learn about what information we need visit our Prospective Clients/Submission Guidelines page, Submission Guidelines. We produce two catalogs per year featuring new products as well as backlist. To be included in our spring/summer catalog we will need your submittal by September of the preceding year. To be included in our fall/winter catalog we will need your submittal by February of that same year. So, do not delay, contact your prospective distributors as soon as product, author, and marketing information is available.

We will reimburse you for the cost of the book (and applicable sales tax) and the cost of shipping the book to you. You can send returns back via USPS Media Mail, 1st Class Mail, FedEx Ground or UPS. We suggest you use a method that will allow you to track the package.
